We offer free legal services to people who wish to appeal a denial of Ontario disability benefits. Usually the denial is because of a finding that the person does not have a disability as defined in the Ontario Disability Support Program Act.
We will help you file an appeal, get information about the denial from the Disability Adjudication Unit and gather evidence from your doctors and other healthcare providers. We will provide you with our opinion on the likelihood of success in the appeal, as well as information about the process. Finally, we will prepare you for the hearing, and represent you before the Social Benefits Tribunal.
